  • Develop and optimize retention and campaign strategies through tactical deployment of email marketing, webinars, on-demand webinars, courses, community forums, and in-product communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and disseminate regular customer communications concerning new features, product enhancements, and upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor retention metrics and undertake corrective actions as required based on data analysis.
  • Generate content tailored to the full customer and user journey to provide a seamless experience.
  • Guarantee effective delivery of product update and upsell opportunity communications across relevant channels.
  • Oversee NPS and reporting processes.
  • Develop strategies to identify and nurture loyal customer advocates.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts for intensified engagement and support.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in customer engagement activities and email marketing, preferably within B2B or SaaS sectors.
  • Experience of account engagement and Salesforce or similar systems.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
  • Background in content creation; copy, imagery, and video.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of communications and engagement activities.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with strong relationship-building skills across teams.
