B2B Customer Growth Manager

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity calls for a seasoned professional with expertise in customer retention, email marketing, and account engagement.
- Develop and optimize retention and campaign strategies through tactical deployment of email marketing, webinars, on-demand webinars, courses, community forums, and in-product communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce and disseminate regular customer communications concerning new features, product enhancements, and upsell opportunities.
- Monitor retention metrics and undertake corrective actions as required based on data analysis.
- Generate content tailored to the full customer and user journey to provide a seamless experience.
- Guarantee effective delivery of product update and upsell opportunity communications across relevant channels.
- Oversee NPS and reporting processes.
- Develop strategies to identify and nurture loyal customer advocates.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts for intensified engagement and support.
Requirements:
- Considerable experience in customer engagement activities and email marketing, preferably within B2B or SaaS sectors.
- Experience of account engagement and Salesforce or similar systems.
- Strong project management abilities, capable of balancing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Swedish and strong English proficiency.
- Background in content creation; copy, imagery, and video.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure the impact of communications and engagement activities.
- Collaborative and proactive, with strong relationship-building skills across teams.
