Sales Growth Manager

We seek an experienced Client Relationship Specialist to drive sales growth and manage key Telecom customer accounts across Europe.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand client relationships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, their decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Provide exceptional customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and outstanding support.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor Polarium's solutions accordingly.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from onboarding and contract negotiation to order placement and solution delivery.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Meet and exceed annual revenue targets while maximizing long-term profitability and strategic value for Polarium.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales in the large telecom sector.
- Experience selling complex energy products and solutions in telecom, power supply, and/or battery fields.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge in telecom power and/or battery systems.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
