To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record of success in managing a portfolio, either in sales or customer success (renewals, expansions, cross-sales, upselling, and churn prevention) at a B2B SaaS/fast-growth company. Your experience as a trusted advisor will be invaluable in helping global CS leaders overcome commercial challenges.
