Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead commercial initiatives and drive consumer programs that enhance our customer experience. As a CX Programs Senior Specialist, you will identify business opportunities and develop new initiatives based on consumer pain points and market trends. Your goal will be to evaluate the impact of our consumer programs and ensure we stay ahead in delivering our Smoke-Free Future strategy.

In this role, you will lead various projects and initiatives related to deployment of consumer programs, being an advocate for consumer solutions based on consumer insights and market trends. You will track progress against KPIs and goals, recommending corrective actions as needed. Additionally, you will connect various data sources to measure the impact and performance of our programs.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of acquisition/retention initiatives. To succeed in this position, you will need strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities paired with implementation skills while being at ease with working in different markets at a fast pace. Excellent project management skills are also essential, with the ability to work both independently and in team-based environments.
