We are looking for a talented Department Manager to join our team and drive business success in the Make up department.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills to motivate and coach colleagues, as well as excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive performance and improve statistics.

- Minimum 3 years of experience within retail, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a focus on maintaining order and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
