We're a leading provider of media solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Customer Success team as a Customer Experience Champion. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our clients receive exceptional service throughout their customer journey.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll work closely with our top-tier products in broadcasting, streaming, and other areas to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' specific needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Service Delivery**: Provide expert guidance and support to help our clients get the most out of our technology.
  2. Client Engagement**: Foster strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Performance Improvement**: Work with our clients to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance their overall experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Customer Success Manager or Systems Engineer.
  • Comfortable using Linux, Bash/Shell, and Python.
  • Broad experience delivering IP Network products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language.
