**Job Description**
We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at MSD. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their goals and objectives using our products.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success, training, or account management.
- Passion for agriculture and technology, with a solid understanding of the dairy livestock industry, including reproduction, cow health, nutrition, and milk quality.
- Veterinarian background is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Swedish and proficient in English.
- Technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex products and systems.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sales-oriented mindset is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with Customer Relationship Management software and operational tools is preferred.
