About the Job

You will be responsible for assisting customers with an advanced conversational AI application that delivers exceptional customer experiences across every touchpoint. With expertise in building integrations and experience in technical leadership, you will drive decision-making and influence stakeholders with deep knowledge in the domain.

Fluency in English and Swedish is essential for effective client relationship management. You will contribute to growing the adoption of Customer Engagement in EMEA by leveraging your expertise in building conversational applications.

As a key member of our central technical team, you will engage directly with customers and partners to accelerate the usage of Conversational AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
