Job Description

The Floor Manager is a key position in our stores, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will lead a team of sales assistants, analyse sales data, and oversee store operations. They will also support recruitment, identify future talents, and develop progression plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience to customers.
  2. Work with the Store Manager to maximise sales based on selling information.
  3. Lead the sales team to achieve excellent service standards.
  4. Recruit and train new starters.
  5. Identify and develop future talents.
  6. Oversee store operations and be a brand ambassador.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of customer experience principles.
  • Retail or customer-facing experience.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
  • Leadership skills and ability to create a positive work environment.
  • Results-focused and able to multitask.
  • Able to develop yourself and others.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Up-to-date with trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Able to support others' growth through feedback.
