Commercial Success Manager

Beyond Retail is seeking a Marketing Retention Specialist to develop and implement effective customer retention strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.
This role requires a strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, combined with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute comprehensive customer engagement plans, including email marketing, webinars, and other tactics to foster meaningful relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy regular customer communications highlighting new features, product enhancements, and potential upsell opportunities.
- Monitor customer retention metrics and implement corrective measures when necessary, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Create engaging content spanning the entire customer lifecycle to ensure a cohesive experience.
- Guarantee seamless delivery of product updates and upsell opportunity communications across relevant channels.
- Oversee Net Promoter Score (NPS) and reporting processes.
- Develop strategic approaches to identifying and nurturing loyal customer advocates.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to pinpoint high-priority accounts for intensified engagement and support.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in customer engagement, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in account engagement platforms and/or Salesforce equivalents.
- Proven project management abilities, ensuring timely completion of multiple tasks and projects.
- Fluency in Swedish and excellent English language skills, coupled with superior written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Background in content creation, encompassing copywriting, visual design, and video production.
- Analytical mindset, allowing for accurate measurement of communication effectiveness.
- Outstanding teamwork and relationship-building skills, fostering cooperation across various departments.
