Job Overview

FloQast is a leader in accounting workflow automation, and we are seeking an experienced professional to help us expand our client base.

This role involves cultivating relationships with executives at organizations with revenue exceeding $10 million, driving sales cycles through product demos and follow-up calls, and negotiating pricing and contracts while meeting or exceeding revenue quotas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales, specifically in the Nordics region, with a proven track record of exceeding quota. Fluency in Swedish and English is essential, as is the ability to thrive in a high-velocity sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals
  • Drive sales cycles through product demos and follow-up calls
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts while meeting or exceeding revenue quotas
  • Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline
  • Improve knowledge and understanding of the competitive landscape, product value, and customer needs
  • Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers via outbound efforts
  • Coordinate post-sale launch calls between customers and the FloQast implementation team
  • Collaborate directly with Sales and Marketing management personnel

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a teamed environment and will be able to provide input and feedback regarding competitive activity and future product direction. Additionally, they will develop and maintain a deep level of understanding of the problems our clients face with effectively closing their books and the way in which FloQast helps solve these challenges.
