Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with major Enterprise clients.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to client inquiries.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of clients' business objectives and cybersecurity needs.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Truesec's products and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on account performance, client satisfaction, and market trends.
  • Preparing and presenting regular account reviews and reports to clients and management.
