Talent Sourcer Opportunity

Drive business growth by finding and engaging top sales talent across EMEA. As a Talent Sourcer, you will champion strategic hiring and career growth in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven ability to win and lead a small subset of global Telco accounts.
  • C coordinate strategy and team-selling efforts with partners and teammates to close business on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop long-term relationships with Channel Partners that drive revenue.
  • Build new and deep relationships with large global customers from end users to the line of business to the CxO.
  • Maintain accurate forecast and work with multiple channel partners.

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of customer's business, market, and industry alongside key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ability to translate customer objectives and strategy into relevant Pure proposition.
  • Effective communication at all levels of an organization, including the C-suite.
  • 7-10 years of successful global accounts/enterprise solution selling within technology services.
  • Ability to lead and manage international and distributed teams.
