Key Account Development Manager

This role focuses on driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the Nordic region. As a Key Account Manager at TN Sweden, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Driving and developing business with our key customers, ensuring a thorough knowledge of our portfolio of measurement and testing technology.
- Maintaining a strong network of relationships with customers, visiting them regularly to discuss their needs and provide expert advice.
- Overseeing the sales process from initial contact to final sale, including preparing offers, negotiating prices, and handing over projects to the project management team.
- Collaborating closely with experts and departments to understand customer requirements and address them through the sales process.
- Conducting market analysis and setting goals to achieve business objectives, developing strategic account management.
- Participating in the preparation of quotations, monitoring tasks and deadlines, and contributing to pricing concepts.
- Preparing business presentations, suggestions, and documentation as required.
- Finding new domestic and international customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in development processes within the automotive environment.
- Knowledge of e-mobility and test methods in the electrification context, ideally with experience in this area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a confident and convincing presence when dealing with customers.
- Solution-oriented and results-driven, with a high level of personal responsibility and excellent teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel abroad and a valid driving license category B.
- Fluency in Swedish and/or English, both spoken and written.
