Job Summary

Keysight Technologies is a leading provider of electronic design and test solutions. We are seeking an experienced Sales District Manager to lead our Nordic sales team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the electronic T&M design and test market, and excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  1. Account Management:
  • Manage and develop named and territory accounts in Sweden and Finland.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the region.
  1. Team Coaching:
  • Coach and guide a team of sales professionals based in Sweden and Finland.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets its sales targets.
  1. Key Qualifications:
  • University degree: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
  • Successful Test & Measurement sales experience in selling to the Nordic market, including selling to major accounts.
  • Valid European driver's license.
  • Professional English level is required, as well as either Swedish or Finnish.
  • Deliver on plan (Quota Achievement).
  • Excellent understanding of the electronic T&M design and test market.
  1. Skills:
  • Passion for change management to adapt to business conditions.
  • Strong communication skills for both external & internal interactions.
  • This position requires extensive travel within the Nordics, with at least 50% of travel every working week.
