The Enterprise Sales Specialist role at TN Sweden offers a unique opportunity for sales professionals to drive business growth by developing and executing a Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a Go-To-Market Strategy for nominated industries to drive sales growth and expansion.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain the Territory Plan for target verticals, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from demand generation to closing deals, leveraging resources within a matrix organization to achieve success.
  • Collaborate with partners to penetrate named strategic accounts, creating joint sales plays that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value.
  • Manage and maintain complete CRM and Account hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

As an ideal candidate, you will possess:

  • Relevant industry, enterprise software sales quota-carrying sales cycle delivery across assigned geographical markets and industries.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with innate curiosity and resilience.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and over-achieve quota.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages relevant to market geography.
  • Comfort working within a matrix-rich organization, building relationships, and finding support to get the job done.
