Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team and manage a portfolio of customers across the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong productive relationships with key customer stakeholders in your book of business.
  • Growth-Oriented Mindset: Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, identifying new opportunities within your accounts and highlighting features and ways of working that increase customer value.
  • Platform Expertise: Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the Funnel platform to best serve customer needs.
  • Renewal Cycles: Run effective renewal cycles, highlighting the economic value and return on investment to retain and grow revenue.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Effectively negotiate contract renewals and expansions seeking the best possible outcome for the customer's longevity with Funnel.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Record, document, and track sales activity and customer data in CRM and other systems.
