We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our North EMEA region team as a Distribution Partner Account Manager. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding quarterly revenue quota assignments for specified distributors, growing Splunk's business in the distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed revenue and bookings quotas in assigned channel.
  • Deliver aggressive license, support, and service revenue targets.
  • Account planning and opportunity management with distribution and distribution-managed channels.

This includes leading sales efforts with distribution and distribution-managed channels, enabling distributors and partners in our selling and product methodology, recruiting, onboarding, and training new partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing software company.
  • Recent success exceeding revenue and bookings quotas in a distribution channel.
  • Experience identifying new resellers and prioritizing distribution for a company's team.
