We are seeking an experienced Sales District Manager to lead our Nordic sales team. This role will be responsible for developing named and territory accounts in Sweden and Finland, and driving business growth as part of our Keysight Go to Market strategy.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the electronic T&M design and test market, and excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders. They will be able to proactively prospect assigned and new accounts to develop business and find opportunities for engagement.

About the Team:

The team consists of experienced Account Managers based in Sweden and Finland addressing various accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for coaching the team to increase the mix of Software, Solutions & Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Intelligence:
  • Understand customer programs and major opportunities for the coming period.
  • Create plans to develop customer engagements, enabling alignment with Keysight organizations on major opportunities at an early stage in the customer's buying process.
  • Drive the team to sell the complete portfolio through systematic prospection of their accounts for new solutions, software, and services opportunities.
  • Coach the team to increase the mix of Software, Solutions & Services.
  • Proactively prospect assigned and new accounts to develop business and find opportunities for engagement.
  • Ensure account managers create account and business plans that drive growth and engagement across the Keysight organization.
  • Utilize the Keysight Leadership Model to drive a growth mindset across your organization.
  1. Qualifications:
  • University degree: Bachelor/Master in Business Administration or Electrical Engineering.
  • Successful Test & Measurement sales experience in selling to the Nordic market, including selling to major accounts.
  • Valid European driver's license.
  • Professional English level is required, as well as either Swedish or Finnish.
  • Deliver on plan (Quota Achievement).
  • Excellent understanding of the electronic T&M design and test market.
  1. Skills:
  • Passion for change management to adapt to business conditions.
  • Strong communication skills for both external & internal interactions.
  • This position requires extensive travel within the Nordics, with at least 50% of travel every working week.
