Sales Executive
About the Role:Efecte Corp. seeks a skilled Sales Executive to join their team and contribute to driving sales growth and success in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue expectations.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing effective relationship-building skills to engage with C-level executives and navigate complex decision-making processes.
- Establish trusted partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions that meet those needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, BDR, and Presales, to design and execute targeted sales strategies and initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with public sector customers or software resellers in the Nordics is highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
- Proven academic achievements, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Native fluency in Swedish and English.
- Ability to work full-time on-site at our Stockholm office in the city center.
