TN Sweden is seeking a Nordic Named Accounts Leader to lead the team responsible for guiding growth with our largest enterprise customers in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a regional team consisting of sales executives guiding growth on the biggest accounts in the Nordics.
  • Achieve assigned financial targets by expanding and developing existing named accounts through a direct sales model.
  • Engage and inspire team members to formulate account strategies.
  • Manage performance, develop talent, and coach team members regularly.
  • Lead by example and engage with customer executives to support the account team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams selling enterprise software with subscription-based models.
  • Experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.
  • Familiarity with business and technology trends in Autodesk target industries globally.
  • Ability to understand and promote Autodesk technologies to maximize sales results.
