Nordic Services Account Director

As a Senior Leader, you will be responsible for leading our Client Services Group in Sweden, covering the entire Nordics region. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional services to our clients in Sweden and the Nordics within the IT Services area.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Introductions: Provide timely introductions to internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Deal Identification: Navigate accounts to identify diverse deal opportunities.
- Pursuit Team Leadership: Form and lead pursuit teams to secure wins and recommend pricing strategies.
- Market Insights: Understand client drivers and competitor moves to stay ahead of the market.
- Client Expectation Management: Interface with clients to manage expectations and deliver results.
- Account Planning: Develop and review account plans to drive growth and revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Drive MSA/SOWs/payments (AR), resolve delivery escalations, and complaints.
- Team Mentoring: Mentor IBU account team to demonstrate business value to the client.
- Business Growth: Maintain Infosys price premium, enhance client satisfaction, and grow the account as per the account plan within the assigned account.
