About the Role

FwB Agency is a fast-growing Swedish creative agency known for pushing boundaries. We are now looking for a skilled Sales and Account Director to join us at the forefront of shaping the future of marketing and driving transformation for global brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and cultivating client relationships, working closely with both clients and internal teams to align scope of work, translate creative briefs, negotiate agreements, and close deals.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in an agency environment, with at least 3 years in a client-facing account role.
  • A balance of creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to sell bold, innovative ideas that drive results.
  • Strong experience in developing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent client management skills with proven ability to manage budgets and drive profitability for client accounts.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire creative teams while maintaining strategic focus.
