About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our Key Account team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in a dedicated area, understanding their specific needs and requirements, and developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • More than 7-10 years of experience in the fleet business of the automotive industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English and any Nordic language.
