Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned international sales leader to drive growth and success in the Nordics region. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for setting objectives, developing strategies, and managing subordinate-level managers to meet aggressive revenue goals.

You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure departmental goals are met. Your ability to connect the dots between technology and business outcomes will be key in driving revenue and customer loyalty.

This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, analytical skills, and the ability to develop budgets and predict project costs. You will work closely with senior management and vice president-level employees to address issues across companies and functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet revenue goals
  • Managing sales teams across multiple countries
  • Setting a vision and directive rooted in account-territory planning, partner alignment, relationship management, and market-wallet expansion
  • Business planning with a focus on market trends and competitive landscape awareness
