At adidas Europe, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director Specialty & Regional Accounts to drive success in managing the account. This position is based in Solna, with regular travel to accounts and business meetings.

The ideal candidate will need to be a skilled negotiator, constantly playing to win and finding win-win solutions that meet the needs of both the client and adidas. They will need to have strong experience in developing other leaders, with a minimum of 5+ years of retail experience in a sales/key account management role, current/previous experience of managing leaders, and fluency in Danish & English.

This role requires a leader who can develop other leaders, with a strategic thinking approach. The successful candidate will need to be able to build and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Strategic Account Plans, growing order book build and maximizing Sell Out.

We offer a flexible hybrid model with 3 days in the office (2 fixed days for full collaboration with our colleagues) and the flexibility for you to choose where you work from home on the other 2 days. We also have an optional "Sports Hour" every Thursday @ 11-12, a sports club for you to choose your preferred activity, and an annual fitness allowance.
