Job Description:

  • Team Leadership: Lead our Swedish Sales Team, comprising business developers and account executives. Ensure team members reach their Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Business Growth: Scale your business together with the team in a sustainable way, motivate and inspire your team to achieve high performance, and contribute to the implementation of regional strategies using sales and marketing levers.
  • Market Expansion: Grow the market footprint by ensuring local customers become ambassadors, generating opportunities and working closely with other teams to deliver market insights.
Requirements
  • About 5 years of experience in a business/people/sales role.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Highly people-oriented, ambitious, energized, and target-oriented.
