Expand Klintberg & Way's Presence in the Benelux Markets
As a Regional Sales Development Manager for Klintberg & Way AB, you will play a key role in growing our business in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, mainly car dealerships and workshops in the region.
- Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure our commercial offering meets local market demands.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional with at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry. You should be familiar with the Benelux automotive markets and business culture, demonstrate a strong business mindset, and thrive in an international environment.
