We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager Senior to join our sales leadership team in the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in the region, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing indirect teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of new business sales success, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth
- Leading and managing indirect sales teams to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Collaborating with Sales Operations to ensure effective processes and tools are in place to support sales efforts
- Providing coaching and mentoring to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, including leading direct and indirect sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive sales growth and meet/exceed quotas
- Ability to understand the competitive landscape and develop effective go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with C-level customers and stakeholders
