Regional Sales Manager Digital Advertising

As a highly motivated Senior Sales Growth Manager, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue in the Nordic region.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, contributing to strategic market positioning in the Nordics, and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels. You will work closely with technical and account management teams to ensure high campaign performance and directly engage with Directors and senior decision-makers on the client side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to generate sales with major e-commerce brands in the region;
- Collaborate with technical and account management teams to ensure campaign success;
- Contribute to strategy and growth as a digital market leader in the Nordic region;
- Maintain and elevate client relationships at all business levels;
- Participate in major industry events.
Requirements:
- Years of seasoned experience in direct B2B sales in digital marketing or advertising, with demonstrated success in selling high-ticket, complex solutions to e-commerce and marketing teams at large corporations with a consultative selling approach;
- Extensive knowledge of e-commerce and online advertising, ideally paired with an existing network of key contacts and decision-makers in the industry;
- Demonstrated ability to forecast sales, build sales plans, and translate customer needs into profitable solutions while consistently hitting KPIs in mid to longer-term sales cycles;
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, entrepreneurial mindset, and positive achiever attitude;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English (C1 or above), other Scandinavian languages are a plus;
- Recognized as a thought leader in online advertising, e-commerce and/or performance marketing industries, capable of building a vision with prospects and establishing effective relationships with key stakeholders up to C-level.
