**Overview:**

Primaire Consulting Ltd seeks a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth by managing both direct sales and relationships with channel partners, particularly within the Water, Wastewater, HVAC, and Industrial markets.

  • The Regional Sales Manager will provide technical support to technicians and on occasion, commission Flow Measurement equipment.
  • This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with existing and new customers, and proactively providing solutions to meet customer needs.
  • The role includes identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Leading sales efforts within a defined territory, managing key accounts, tracking sales performance, and staying current on industry trends.
  • This role will involve working closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to optimise strategies, manage customer complaints, and oversee the execution of trade fairs and events.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue and margin growth.
  • Building strong relationships with existing and new customers to meet their needs.
