Job Summary

TN Sweden is recruiting an experienced Senior Regional Manager to join its leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the strategy and growth of our Nordic operations, ensuring maximum sustainable profit growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business plans that meet regional sales and profit targets.
  2. Manage the full P&L of the region, including financial resources allocated to the region and team.
  3. Position our Lighting Brands in the market to increase market share.
  4. Maintain close relations with customers and team members in the region.
  5. Drive the implementation of the global ZG sales strategy in collaboration with the VP Sales for the Region.
  6. Lead, develop, appraise, and inspire the management team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  7. Co-ordinate performance and talent development of direct and indirect reports to ensure a consistent approach throughout the region.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable track record of growing business; sales and profits.
  2. Strong senior leadership skills with a focus on people and culture.
  3. Clear experience within the lighting industry or similar and extensive Nordic market knowledge.
  4. Fluent in Swedish and English.
  5. Experience of working with Change Management/ability to drive change is required.
