DACH Region Business Developer:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DACH Region Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly sales targets, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes and industry.
- Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- 1-3 years experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
