Teamtailor is an Employer Branding and ATS SaaS platform used by thousands of companies worldwide. Our diverse team with various backgrounds and expertise is at the core of our strength.
We are now looking to improve our outreach in the DACH region, seeking local experience to help build and shape the HR market. This growth is led by Maria Böhrer, who has grown from a Sales and Business Development Executive to the Sales Manager DACH.
Our platform showcases internal development and growth on an individual level. We pride ourselves on shaping a future for individuals, based on their skills and career goals.
Job Description
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
- Continuously learn and understand our product, internal processes, and industry.
- Provide ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in outbound sales.
- 1-3 years experience.
- Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
- Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable).
- Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
- The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency. Delivers results in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Fluency in German and English.
