Sales and Business Development Manager

This role involves supporting our technical sales operations in the Swedish market, providing technical expertise and project support to develop and manage insulation projects across Sweden.
You will drive sales and promote advanced insulation solutions, such as PIR (Polyisocyanurate), to meet customer needs. This requires engaging early with various stakeholders, including contractors, roofers, cladding specialists, specifiers, designers, and engineers, to collaboratively develop solutions alongside the sales team.
The successful candidate will:
- Identify, develop, and manage projects in the Stockholm area, ensuring the specification and sales of PIR insulation products.
- Provide technical support to the Swedish sales team.
- Develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and sales representatives.
- Offer technical advocacy by participating in relevant business committees and influencing decision-makers.
- Deliver training and guidance to both internal teams and external clients.

- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field.
- Proven project management experience, particularly in the construction or insulation industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction, with the ability to provide high-level technical support and project coordination.
- The ability to influence key stakeholders and advocate effectively for PIR insulation solutions.
- Fluency in both Swedish and English.
