About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Nordic region. As a key member of our sales cluster, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth through existing and new sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement channel marketing plans to drive sales growth
  • Cascade and adopt global channel strategy to local markets
  • Manage and control local sales channel strategy
  • Develop business relations with channel partners

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, economics, or a related field, along with experience in managing customer relationships via distributors. You should also have knowledge of channel marketing concepts and practices, as well as competence in Power BI and CRM systems.

A valid driver's license is essential, and fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish is an asset. Your strong stakeholder management skills, combined with your understanding of our industry and customer needs, will enable you to effectively motivate and inspire people around you.
