Job Overview

The Head of Sales role at Grale is a dynamic opportunity to drive impactful growth and revenue expansion. As the central figure in our sales operations, you will be responsible for overseeing everything from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring exceptional customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient sales processes to streamline pipeline management and optimize team performance.
  • Actively manage the full sales cycle, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Lead by example, taking an active role in pitching to potential clients and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of detailed sales plans and forecasts, ensuring realistic and achievable goals.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in sales, including managing the full sales cycle.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or subscription-based models.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to implement and streamline sales processes.
  • Experience in building a sales team and managing the team, with the ability to inspire and guide them to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting to clients.
  • A solid understanding of sales tools (CRM systems) and how to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
