About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Enterprise Growth to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with enterprise-level clients.

Your primary focus will be on growing our retail portfolio by building relationships with C-level executives and negotiating partnership terms. You will need to be comfortable using data insights to drive business decisions and be versatile enough to hold your own in operations, marketing, and technical conversations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial flair and collaborate across multiple teams to build a winning proposition. We have a strong foundation in place, and your focus will be on helping us scale this in the local market.

  • Identify and manage a pipeline of new potential Wolt partnerships
  • Build relationships with identified leads and position Wolt as a partner of choice
  • Negotiate partnership terms using data and logic
  • Have a deep understanding of the competition and various verticals in the market
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to build a winning proposition
  • Participate in refining the local sales strategy to accelerate market penetration
