The role of Regional Sales Director Nordics is to lead the team responsible for guiding growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in the Nordics.

About the Role

This position requires a strategic sales leader who can guide and inspire sales teams with high targets. The ideal candidate will have experience building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.

  • Lead a regional team consisting of Named Accounts Sales Executives (NASEs) guiding growth on the biggest accounts in the Nordics together with their related Account Teams.
  • Achieve assigned financial targets by guiding the team to expand and develop existing named accounts through a direct sales model.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, developing and retaining talent, and coaching the team on a regular basis. They will also engage and inspire team members to look at near and long-term visions of the accounts by formulating appropriate account strategy.
