
Account Director – Nordic Region

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team in the Nordic Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
About the Role- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop targeted sales plans and campaigns;
- Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue through effective lead generation and conversion;
- You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your sales pipeline and drive growth through proactive prospecting and relationship-building;
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities;
- You will stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
- You have a Master's degree and at least two years of relevant experience in sales or business development;
- You possess excellent language skills in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively;
- You have strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills to build rapport with C-level contacts and stakeholders;
- You have a proven track record of successfully identifying and pursuing new business opportunities;
- You have a deep understanding of finance, entrepreneurship, and business operations, with the ability to stay informed of relevant topics;
- You are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
- You have a passion for building relationships and driving growth through innovative sales strategies.
