As our Director Specialty & Regional Accounts, you will have full responsibility working with all categories, Sports & Lifestyle, with some of our Strategic & Category Specialty accounts, as well as some important regional partners.
- Minimum of 5+ years of retail experience in a sales/key account management role
- Current/previous experience of managing leaders
- Fluent in Danish & English
- Strategic thinking and planning: Ability to build and execute short-, mid-, and long-term Strategic Account Plans. Grow order book build and maximize Sell Out.
Key performance metrics and KPIs for accounts, regularly reviewing progress against targets and implementing actions as needed.
We're looking for a skilled negotiator who constantly plays to win and who can find win-win solutions that meet the needs of both the client and adidas.
