Partner Sales Leadership Role in Nordics

Kong Inc is seeking an experienced Partner Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem.
About the Company:
Kong creates software and managed services that connect APIs and microservices natively across and within clouds, Kubernetes, data centers, and more using intelligent automation.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem
- Tightly align with the NEMEA sales leadership on strategy, execution, and GTM plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner coverage
You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
- Experience driving GTM activities across all partner types (Channel, Tech, Cloud, GSIs)
- Existing relationships with key partners (national VAR/SI such as WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)
- Passion for driving net new, sourced business via partners
- Successful execution in a multi-task, high velocity environment
- Strong communication skills
