Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our Nordic SMB Management team as the Head of Indirect Sales Nordic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy and partnership development, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with full proficiency in English and Swedish.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and people management experience.
