About the Nordics Partner Sales Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Nordics region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving incremental revenue via the full partner ecosystem.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Align with NEMEA sales leadership on strategy, execution, and GTM plans
  • Analyse market dynamics to ensure successful partner coverage that supports Field Sales Team's initiatives and success
  • Cross-functional strategy alignment (marketing, support, CX, etc.)
  • Review of GTM strategy to address market and industry changes

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Experience driving GTM activities across all partner types (Channel, Tech, Cloud, GSIs)
  • Existing relationships with key partners (national VAR/SI such as WWT, Trace3, Slalom, etc.)
  • Passion for driving net new, sourced business via partners
  • Successful execution in a multi-task, high velocity environment
  • Strong communication skills
