Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Indirect Sales Nordic to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and sales leadership.

About the Job

The successful candidate will lead our Partner Sales channel, focusing on growing revenue through the development of existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities. This role is part of our Nordic SMB Management team and reports directly to the Head of Nordic & UK SMB Merchant Services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective partner strategies to drive business growth.
  • Nurture and accelerate growth in existing partnerships and customers.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through innovative thinking and negotiation skills.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in strategical partnerships and sales, with a proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing existing accounts.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with full proficiency in English and Swedish.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and people management experience.
