Job Summary

This Commercial Development Lead role is a critical position within ADP's Nordics team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Nordics market, including customer needs and trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute commercial strategies that meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the role.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS or HCM industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach high-performing sales teams.
