Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Nordic sales team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, managing the entire sales cycle, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

You will source and qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks like LinkedIn. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with prospects and clients, ultimately driving business growth and revenue.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Ability to generate your own leads from scratch.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
