We're looking for a talented Sales Professional to join our team at Teamtailor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, and sourcing and qualifying leads through cold calling, emailing, and social networks.
To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in outbound sales, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You'll also require proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
