The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director – Sweden to join our team and drive our sales operation forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial strategy and vision for the Swedish market.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy for the Swedish market, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve key financial targets, including Net Sales, Operating Profit, DSI, and DSO.
  • Drive business planning, forecasting, and priority setting to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Foster a high-performance sales team through coaching, development, and continuous improvement.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND STAKEHOLDERS IN THE RETAIL INDUSTRY.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across all functions to ensure seamless operations and support.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated success in a senior commercial role, preferably within the retail or merchandising solutions industry.
  2. Experience in leading sales teams, managing P&L, and driving strategic growth.
  3. Experience from having developed and implemented strategic plans, set priorities, and achieved commercial targets.
  4. Experience in change management and team integration (post-acquisition).
  5. Excellent Swedish and English, written and spoken.
