We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager - Nordics to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expansion targets in the Nordic markets.
  2. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  3. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions.
  4. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, leveraging this knowledge to identify and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Sales Leadership: Proven sales leadership skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).
  • Industry Experience: At least a decade of proven experience in sales management or a similar client-facing role within the technology industry (very large global system integrators) with a strong focus on Nordics and the EU markets.
  • Sales Performance: Strong sales performance, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
